Clearing the cache

Hi all,

When I go into an app, for example, YouTube, when I go into storage and click "Clear cache," why doesn't it go back to 0? Instead, it's 131KB. Why is that? Has it not cleared the cache?

It does on my S22ultra, all my apps they all do.

Yeah it is all apps. I just don't get why? Before it would be "0".
