I've Got A Problem On My Phone I Entered A Pin On Media Volume Pin I Don't Remember Entering It , Then When I Got Some Help Where I Can Increase My Volume It Wants Media Volume Pin I Don't Know The Pin I Got Samsung Contact They Don't Pick Up The Phone Secondly I Did The General Management To Reset My Settings I Did That 4 Times Now It Doesn't Change Anything!! I'm So Ferd Up With Samsung Now

I can see some of the advice within points to that you've already tried however. 

I suspect a last resort could be to back up and factory reset as a very last resort @Ongeziwe
