I've tried following Samsung instructions and online videos on how to wipe cache partition on my Galaxy A16 but it's not working. I've never had an issue with my previous A12 phone, i.e. turn off the phone, press the side button and volume-up at the same time then carry on. The 'wipe' screen never appears. Please help
Did you plug into a computer or another phone Can use a smart tv as well Needs to have a charging cable plugged into something now You may need to turn off Auto Blocker in settings as well
