Bluetooth will not turn on, I've had this phone for almost over a year now. I've tried just restarting the phone but I've also tried clearing the cache from the application manager, tried to see if the bluetooth would turn on in safe mode (and didn't) and clearing the cache through recovery mode. None of these has worked. Any options other than a hard factory reset..?
