Anyone with a Samsung S7 on EE experiencing data issues

For the past 5-6 weeks now I've been unable to make/recieve calls and text messages, even listen to my voicemails. I can only make & recieve wi-fi calls but as time ticks on even they are having bad reception and connections. Done soft resets plenty of times (currently waiting for laptop repair so cant back up to tbat + purchased more cloud space & pit stuff in there), gotten and installed a new SIM card but to no avail. Ee've said the nearby mask is damaged but, no matter how far I travel - 5/6 miles away still no service & I've just had the phone repaired too.

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens @Vovvy
