I have an S21 Ultra Snapdragon SM-G988U1 which used to work fine just until I updated the software to version OneUI 6.1 (Binary C) and after reboot the phone touch stopped working and I see its a common issue online and so many people has the same thing, since its a Snapdragon variant I can't follow the unofficial methods of rooting and using the terminal to fix the issue and I also cannot downgrade to a lower version becaue of the Bit version.
I can only use the phone using a mouse or an S pen.
I was wondering if Samsung going to release an official fix or an update to resolve the display issue.

Hi @ramyabidi and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋
I'm disheartened to hear of the issues your currently experiencing with your phone 😔
May I ask have you tried any troubleshooting steps 🤔
Or if possible go to a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre for help.
Samsung asks for such feedback via the Samsung Members App too so that they can analyse it.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Same here! My mom and I both have s21 ultra and both were affected. One does have an aftermarket screen and the other is all original out of the box! Zero touchscreen immediately after 6.1 update.
