WiFi calling feature fix

Not had any luck with the WiFi calling feature in android 12 till today. Had to download vowifi by cast4tv on Google play to be able to open the setting to change the calling over to WiFi instead of wificall via data.

You might need to check in with your network to see if they have optimised this network driven feature to work with Android 12 @Peggers

Android 12 is still not optimized well. A ton of bugs are occurred, Samsung stopped OneUI 4 firmware update for every device. Wait for January.
