Wifi calling disappeared

I'm on o2 and since latest ui update wifi calling has mysteriously disappeared was there Wednesday because I called my mother using it. Any help gratefully received.

Sorry guys it's been a whole year since I posted for the s20 have now changed to the s22 ultra and haven't had this problem on new phone.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A21 that I bought a year ago in August '21. This last June '22 I installed an update and my wifi calling disappeared. I called Samsung and my phone provider and they couldn't fix it. I found the solution on this page today September 4, 2022. It worked great to restart the phone without the sim and then install the sim. I haven't turned the phone off and on or restarted it, so I don't know if I'm going to have to repeat these steps. Hopefully, they fix this issue in the next update.

I have an S20 5G and Wifi calling has never worked properly on VODAFONE UK, as soon as I put 3 sim into it, it works. If I put VODAFONE sim into another phone which is an S21 5G wifi calling also works. But as soon as I return the sims back in their original phones it stops working, so there you go.

Anyone know if the disappearing wifi calling was ever fixed? After a factory reset on My S10, wifi calling simply vanished from my settings. I tried all 'fixes' listed here and more besides to no avail.
I have no mobile signal where i live, so wifi calling is my ONLY option.
Please help if you can. Thanks.

SOLUTION, the following worked for me!

I am on Voxi (Vodafone) with a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20 5G (Model SM-G981B/DS). My previous Samsung Galaxy S20 5G phone (prior to getting the refurbished phone), wifi calling worked fine. Then it broke and I got a refurbished samsung galaxy s20 5G phone through the insurance. The refurbished S20 phone, Wifi calling never worked after all the updates. It didn't matter how many times I took the sim out and restarted the phone, with and without airplane mode etc.

The only way for me to fix this was to put my sim in another phone, and I got the text saying you have swapped phones, we will send you configuration for your new phone. This was an S9 and also had wifi calling. The wifi calling worked on the S9.

I then took the sim out of the S9 and put it back into my S20 and I got the text saying my phone has changed, we will send configuration. Even without installing the configuration mms, the wifi calling option was present. So pleased this eventually worked!

I'm also with o2 and my 4G and wifi calling options disappeared after an update, despite it being active in the myo2 app. I phoned o2 and they reactivated it and both my 4G and wifi settings reappeared after a few minutes.
