Apokai has the solution. Haven't had an issue since we followed his advise. 2 Newer Samsung phones now connect automatically without issue.

I tried that in the past. Now I just reboot my phone and it seems to clear up. It's still annoying though.

A54 Randomly had same issue and had to manually click on the network to connect at which point it connected so obviously the password wasn't wrong. Seems strange.

I had this issue and could not figure it out. Using an Android phone and could not connect to wifi after installing a 6E gateway. Finally, went into VPN settings on my phone and turned 'Private DNS' from "Automatic" to "Off". I then 'forgot' the network and reconnected and it worked.

Same issue but I don't have that 3rd app Atom on my phone, only X and Best Buy. Gonna remove Best Buy and see what happens.

I contacted Samsung support with the same issues and they had me reset my Mobile Network Settings. This fixed the issue at least temporarily. If it happens again I will go back to support.
Settings, General Management, Reset, Reset Mobile Network Settings

I've just purchased the Samsung S25+ and I get exactly the same proplem - Incorrect Password
I've checked, double checked and tripple checked the password and it's correct.
I have tried all the suggestions on this thread and the same issue remains.
I've even reset my router, created a new SSID and I still have the same problem.
I also have a Samsung S24FE - connetcs to the network without any issues whasoever.
HELP!!

I give up - I have tried everything I can think of to try and get this to work.
The last thing I tried, was to set up my phone as a new phone and not use smart switch - the problem is still there and keeps saying 'Incorrect Password'
There must be a fix to this problem!!!

Go to Settings on your phone, General Management, Reset, Reset Mobile Network Settings, Reset Settings
Hopefully this will fix the problem for now. I believe that Samsung still needs to fix this. Resetting your Mobile Network Settings is a temporary fix in my opinion.

With one of the most recent updates I have since had no issue with this. I'm not sure if they finally fixed the bug or not but I haven't had this happen in a while. Still got a A54 5G.
