How do I out the WhatsApp chat bubble on again after this horrendous update?

It's ruined everything I liked

You had best take it up with WhatsApp. Their app doesn't support chat bubbles in Android 11.

I would be more worried about WhatsApps privacy policies than their lack of chat bubbles 😂

I have nothing to hide tbh so not really bothered. I have a mobile phone, I post online. I allowed them to access my phone I couldn't care less

It's not about hiding, you wouldn't want to let strangers into your house, look through your belongings, go through your computer, watch everything you do, everything you search on the Internet, what you write about to your friends and family, what you watch on YouTube, what you buy online, practically everything, right? Its about privacy, not hiding. But i don't want to argue about that here. You do you.

If you go to notifications, and click advanced settings you can choose: Floating Notification. After that you can click on the Smart pop-up display.

Down under the button smart popup display, you can choose WhatsApp.

I hope this will help you to get your whatsapp chat bubbles back again!
