Voice recorder file gone missing

I need help....I use the voice recorder to take Minutes, taken on the 6 Sept. They have gone along with all other recordings I have for this year but last year is still there! They are not in recycle bin, how can I find/restore them? I am a Note 10plus?

One last try.

Try and use the general search button when you're in My files folder on your Samsung device. Use a generic name (the standard names that your phone gives automatically) or the name you used if you remember and search your entire phone, maybe you moved them to a different location/folder by mistake.

Hey I am having the same problem. My important voice recordings are missing. I have not deleted them and I have followed all the above steps. Still couldnot find it. What should be done?

Exactly,  after my update to  one ui 6 after weeks when i came back to listen my recorded files, i faced a screen that i don't have anything of files i recorded in past 7 years that they are in recording folder and only 10 files which i moved them previously to other pathway and folders.

Even when i recorde new file it disappeared when i came back to app in the same day!!

 Disappointingly when i contact with Samsung Members support , they say nothing!( like reset your phone or save filed through backup)

Hi..lve just had this problem with a very important voice recording from 2022...just vanished.Called Samsung & the person had remote access to help me, but told me it had 'just gone' without trace!! I'm mega stressed as l needed to keep this as evidence!

I have the same problem here with S24 ultra ! I lost all important voices I recorded through the year! ( and probably the old ones that transferred from s10 plus!). This is a fatal mistake from Samsung!!!! They must find a solution,  otherwise I think it would be my last Samsung phone I bought! And probably encourage anyone not to buy it at all!!!  Previously I lost my files two times in note 10 plus! ( about 200 Gigs files was lost  !!!!!), but because it was used phone, I thought maybe it had hardware issues, but this s24 ultra is just new , and it is not acceptable this mistake in just one year!!!!!

Ok. Files gone. But what is the solution way for the future? Not any official claims from Samsung and not any repair in their system in these years!  I lost my recordings in past months again, yesterday, and I'll never use samsung voice recorder in future untill they repair this issue and tell that officially, also we'll be suggesting everyone to use another apps.
