Video glitch on most things like Facebook and YouTube

I have a video glitch on most things like YouTube and facebook has anyone got any ideas on a fix

It will play then start flicking hard to explain

Try this.
Open Settings.Go to About Phone.Find Build number.Tap Build number 7 times until the developer options gets unlocked.
Open Settings.

Go into System menu.

Open Developer options.

Scroll down until you see Disable HW overlays.

Turn on disable.

Is your network/ Wifi signal strength adequate @JTKell?. That looks an unusual problem. 👍

Yes, it's my partners phone that does it. we both have the s21 ultra, and mine works fine, and hers does that on most apps and websites even on the WiFi
