Use only visual voicemail app from T-Mobile

Our phones are on T-Mobile, recently shifted over from Sprint. The SIM swap installed T-Mobile's visual voicemail app, and it needed configuring. My mother was trying to set it up for my father, but she went into the Samsung voicemail setup instead of visual voicemail (which has you dial a number to get into the voicemail box.) That was *not* what she wanted to do. I configured visual voicemail, but now we get notifications from both the voicemail number AND through visual voicemail. I thought I could just turn off voicemail notifications in the phone app, but the toggle will not move. Cannot figure out how to stop the double notifying.

Hi, try deleting the voicemail number. Keep a note in case you need to restore it
