Updated to Android 12, now almost unusable. Can't open apps or swipe left/right.

I updated to Android 12, and the phone works fine after restart for awhile but then freezes most functions forcing me to restart.

I can swipe down or up, but I can't click on any apps or swipe left/right.

Android 12, One UI 4.0

Try clearing the cache

HOT FIX:

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Visibility > Enhancements and tick "Reduce Transparency and Blur"
