How can I get to the bottom of this problem this is the second ***** update I've done this year that stops my phone using mobile data I'm literally loosing money through my work because I'm not receiving any emails or can't answer back to any with out getting on WiFi it's getting beyond a joke

@Ruairidh : Can you try restarting your phone, then heading to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > LTE/3G/2G (auto connect), to ensure that you're able to connect to the strongest available mobile data signal. If the issue persists, have you tried reaching out to your network to see if there are any issues with your account, or the service in your area?
