Unable to switch off S21FE since last update

Please can anyone help, since the last upgrade I am not able to shut down my phone. Before I could just hold down the power button 3rd down but not that just takes the phone to a speech app. / shortcut.

Go to settings, advanced features, side key then change the press and hold from wake bixby to power off menu

@Ashe13: Did you have any success with the solution offered by @drakhan? For future reference, please be aware that you can also access your power options by swiping from the top of the screen to the bottom, then again to expand the Quick Panel, and tapping the power button in the top right corner.
