I have a galaxy S22 Ultra and am having problems with an application. The application should me to upload photos / documents or take photos to be uploaded however on my phone it is now allowing me to do this. I know the app works as other colleagues use it with no concerns. I have tried to search for permission and the app is not even showing in the settings. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. Thanks

If you hold your finger down on the app icon. It will bring up some info. Press the I in the circle in top corner to bring up apps information. Go to permissions to allow photos and videos. And any other permissions the app needs.
this doesn't work for me. The app settings don't show photos as an option, because the app never asked for photo permissions originally. How do I give it photo permissions if it never asked?
