Hi can anyone help for some reason since yesterday I have not been able to connect to my WIFI would anyone have any ieads or tips please

How long is it since you restarted the phone? My wife sometimes gets connectivity issues when she's not restarted in a few weeks.

Failing that, it might need you to try a factory reset
