smart phone app keeps crashing since latest update

So when i use my phone and go to make a call , smart phone keeps crashing . Its crash 4 - 5 times before i can make a call . This is not normal behaviour . 

Any tip / help would be great

Got exactly same issue with my S9+

same here, bot my S10+ and my S9+ both have a problem with freezing, crashing, notifications don't come through, apps don't update even with auto update enabled..
I've tried everything apart from factory reset which I really don't want to do!!

this problem for me started 2 updates ago, even the past 2 updates have not solved the problem.... I've been a loyal Samsung user for years but seriously thinking of changing to Huawei now....
