Settings - general question re Home Screen Settings

I was helping my wife set up her new S21 +.   I wanted to change the grid option for her home page but could not find Home Screen Settings anywhere in Settings \ Display.  

I have a S21 Ultra and I looked everywhere in my Settings for Home Screen Settings, starting with Display, but couldn't find it anywhere unless I specifically searched for it, then I had a full page to look at.

Is Home Screen Settings not intentionally listed in Settings and must be specifically searched for?

This isn't a major issue, but I found it a tad odd.

There is a dedicated section for home screen settings. Underneath the themes section.

@davehorne Hello, hold down your finger on the screen, where there are no widgets and icons, you will see the Settings wheel at the bottom right. You have to open this screen. A greeting.
