OK, on my friends S21 they can't open an app, eg when they do it closes and says can't open app, try checking internal data base settings, ive never seen something like this and I am flabbergasted!
Most likely the ago in question isn't the right version for the device OR it was download from outside of Play Store / Galaxy Store and the device settings are set to not allow these to be used?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.
