Samsung S9+ software update

Cannot update my samsung s9+ to Android 10. Manual update is not working. I bought my mobile previously it was rooted and now i unroot it. Please help me how to update on Android 10.

Rooting the phone may have caused some issues @Xairon1018 

Is knox still tripped i.e not showing as 0x0 ?

If checking via the phone's own software update section or via Smartswitch then you could try a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre or pop over to xda-developers.com and consider a Custom Rom.
