I live in UK and bought samsung s21 ultra 5G from New York while I was there, this phone is not getting any software update. This phone is still on Android 12, does anyone know how to update software on samsung s21 ultra?

As the phone is probably an American handset, it will not receive any OTA updates whilst in the UK.

Apart from the obvious (return to the US, or buy a UK handset), there are no solutions that can be given here. You'd be better reaching out to the XDA forums.

In a nutshell, it is possible to manually use a smartswitch tool, to program your phone with the latest software manually... but as Robin states, it will need some research and effort on your behalf.

Also as you can't get automated updates, you will have to do this every time a new version is available.

It is possible to get this up to date, but life is easier if you have a phone from the intended region.

Lesson learned, don't buy a phone from abroad, will save you loads of stress.
