two step verification sever error

Screenshot_20240817_053441_Samsung account.jpgI've been trying to sign in to my Samsung account on my S20 5g but every time i add my number it just says "server error".

I tried to activate or set it up on the website but the option is literary no there

does anyone now why this is happening

Log-in/Sign up here > Go to Security tab after signing in > Enter password again if required > Go to two step verification and add your number there > You will receive a text on via SMS or WhatsApp > Enter Verification code and try to Sign-in on your device. You may need to enter the new code that will be sent to your number during two step verification while signing in to your phone. If any error like {Server Error / Processing failed}. Go to Samsung Account website again Go to Security tab after signing in > Enter password again if required > Go to two step verification > Backup code > A list of backup code will be generated and keep it safe as it is your confidential info, copy any of these code. Move to device sign-in > select did not get the verification code > use backup code > Paste the code or enter manually. You are good to go. Please let me know if it solved your issue 🙂.
