Hi my S21 phone started to drop battery power really quick and I looked at the back the battery has swollen.
This is my second device this has happen to over the years.
Who's responsible for fixing it I'm not paying an examination fee again after they lied to me last time..

Thanks last time they refunded us $1000 for our defective S7 plus.

They are sending a courier bag to have it assessed. Hopefully they will fix it free

Hi. Thank you. They sent me a courier bag and gave me a number but would not email me the chat so I could use that to sort this out.
