Samsung s10e note app not working after recent upgrade

After the recent software upgrade my Samsung notes app isn't working.i can get into the app but cannot get into the individual notes. Please help!!

my Samsung s20ultra won't do voice notes since update can anyone help how to recover this?? as I use them loads for my work.

I'm having a similar problem on my S10e, except that my Samsung notes won't open. When I 

tap the icon, the screen goes white, then goes back to the original screen before pressing the Notes Icon.
