Hi @Alannah. Where are you based please and where did you purchase your phone from? Head over to this link too and make sure your profile isn't set to Spain. Once signed in, go to Profile then Edit Personal Information. Hope this helps!
Bought and based in the UK. Account is also signed in under UK 🤣. I've already contacted samsung who agree my account is all set up for the UK. Now to contact Samsung pay to fix it 🤦♀️
