@sarasphotobox: The Galaxy S21 doesn't feature a Heart Rate Sensor, I'm afraid. If this is something you're interested in measuring then I recommend checking out the Galaxy Watch and Watch Active ranges, which you can pair with your phone to sync your measurements via the Samsung Health app.
