Samsung health and rotate issues

Samsung Health doesnt count my steps anymore. I've also noticed that my screen won't rotate anymore (yes, auto rotate is turned on).

Software is up to date.

For auto rotation try your device in safe mode, to do this keep the power button pressed for about 3 seconds and when power options appear keep power off pressed on the screen it will then prompt you to boot the device in safe mode, this cancels out 3rd party apps to see if they are causing the issue.

As for Samsung health not counting steps is it Samsung health app on the phone or a Samsung smart watch?

Go to settings and make sure "Sensors Off" is not turned on.
