I'm sorry but that's wrong. The Android 14 starts with S21 series to to the present model the S23 ultra even the note 20 isn't receiving it. Check the full list on Sammobile.com site.
Even if it does, don't download it unless you are a fan of excessively huge icons. There is hardly anything new apart from some new widgets and new quick panel.
Icons can be fixed with new home update, as well with good lock and home up you can reduce the size even more. One UI 6 doesn't bring a lot of visual changes, however its way smoother than 5.1
