With the S21 FE said to be imminent reports that the Fan Edition may well offer some distinct advantages. For instance larger battery, support for 45 watt charging and a true telephoto camera though the ultrawide camera not as impressive. The US model came out favourably in Geekbench tests, though an Exynos model may be used in some markets. https://www.phonearena.com/reviews/samsung-galaxy-s21-fe-vs-galaxy-s21 https://androidcommunity.com/samsung-galaxy-s21-fe-may-be-launching-in-europe-us-only-20210711/
Some varying information on launch dates, 6 September mentioned but a Korean publication states the device is only going into Mass production next month. https://www.trustedreviews.com/news/benchmark-reveals-samsung-galaxy-s21-fes-exynos-variant-4160731
Whilst opinion varies on the Fan editions now some members were not that impressed with the S20 FE and obviously some compromises made for a more budget friendly price. Some potential customers may find other devices more attractive.

@LiquidSnake 😄Always a decision whether you should go for a current device or a new òne which is in the pipeline. Style just as much of a factor for some in Fan editions as specifications. Think the battery might be a bit better but will not be as strong in some areas. According to this article the refresh rate will be a downgrade from previous version. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.techadvisor.com/news/mobile-phone/samsung-galaxy-s21-fe-3800078/%3f...
