Since doing the latest update 10/1/24 I am unable to open my home screen when I am in an app. The only option I have to open a 2nd app is to use the search bar that appears at the top of the screen or close down the app I am infor the home screen to be displayed.
I have cleared cache, restarted multiple times. Any suggestions please?
