I'm having a problem viewing any files that are in my trash bin. I have followed all of the directions I can find. I've enabled hidden files. I have validated that trash is enabled in both gallery and files. I've checked for any updates from Samsung and for Google apps. When I go to my files and click the 3 dots at the tip right I can open the trash bin as directed. When I open it it shows that there are no files or folders. When I try to open chat with Samsung I click the link and nothing happens? Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
