S21 Ultra Themes Not Loading

I'm using a S21 Ultra and when I go to settings and click on 'Themes' it just get stuck on loading. I'm using WiFi and there's no issues with my WiFi. I've also used my mobile data too just in case but still it's just stuck on loading. I've cleared the galaxy store cache etc and cleared my cache partition but it's still not loading. 

Is anyone else having the same problem?

Yeah all updated in the play store and galaxy store x

@Melmc1403: Is the issue persistent if you try and access themes via the following steps?

1. Settings > Themes

2. Pinch your Home Screen > Themes

3. Open the Galaxy Store > Tap 'Apps' at the bottom of the screen > Tap the 'Themes' tab, below the banner at the top of the screen.

Yeah it's still just stuck on loading. I know I'm going to have to completely reset my phone but leaving that as a last option x
