S21 Ultra - Slowmo AND Ultra-Slowmo - camera stutter / unusable

Hey guys.

 

On my new S21 Ultra the slowmo and ultra slowmo camera do not work properly. When you playback the  recorded video it stutters. It also stutters when copied to the PC - so its not the video playback - the video file is broken.

 

I have the newest update (the one that came 3 days ago). It did not fix this issue. The issue persists before and after this newest update.

 

Has anyone found a solution to this problem yet?

I'm having the same problem. It only started recently and I'm thinking it might be available storage space that might be causing it. I'm going to remove a lot of photos etc. from the phone to see if it helps.

Hi all, this very annoy and made my day bad.

I notice some sequence seem fix issue.
before do my method please clear camera app data.
open phone setting search for Camera App > Storage > press Clear data.
press back and open camera.

we need to drag and drop Slow Motion mode to front UI.
enter Slow Motion goto setting on the top left.
tick and untick Vibration feedback.
press back.
switch to Video mode first then switch back Slow Motion to record.

repeat this step every time before recording slow motion.

I think it was some bug when app initial for Slow Motion.
However, test record before real shooting.

Sadly its the same case yet. I always thought it was only the Slow-Mo Mode that had issues, but I also have a S20+ and a S10, using which i made a little comparison to the camera overall and i was extremely shocked to see the S20+ performed so well in all the modes. Good colours, details and clear pictures and videos. S10 too produced better images in low light conditions when compared to my S21 Ultra. Issues not just stop with the Camera department, I have very frequent call drops, lose network at least 5 times a day, apps crashing and gaming just turns out to be a nightmare. Being a loyal Samsung customer since S2, this is the first time I genuinely feel like i was cheated or scammed with an horrible product.

Its aches to watch this video. Blowing away an enormous amount and in return we get such outcomes. Have you tried reaching out to the customer care for this issue?

People couldn't find a solution during 2 years and do you really believe a customer service with standard replies will solve it?

in setting search for processing speed
change option to High.
I tried it and seem to solve problem.🤠

by the way, I own new S23 Ultra for a month. slow motion mode no issue. 😀
