I have seen a few posts with the same issue. Send an error report within the members app. Go to Support at the bottom send error report. Let developers know, could be a bug in latest update. You could also try wiping phones cache partition.
Power off your device, and plug into a pc, or use a set usb-c headphones. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Down + Power buttons, when you see the Samsung logo release buttons.
