I've had the s21 ultra for about 2 year and a couple months back the screen went blank so I sent it to samsung repair while in warranty. About a week or 2 after the repair the phone started to randomly restart but left it as is. Now phone is frequently restarting and then bootlooping. Tried safe mode and still occurs. Wondering what the issue could be and also my warranty has since expired so would it be costly to repair

I have seen a few posts with the same issue. Send an error report within the members app. Go to Support at the bottom send error report. Let developers know, could be a bug in latest update. You could also try wiping phones cache partition.

Power off your device, and plug into a pc, or use a set usb-c headphones. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Down + Power buttons, when you see the Samsung logo release buttons. Use the volume buttons to navigate the Recovery Mode menu. Use the power button to select Wipe Cache Partition. Wait for the system cache partition to clear. You can also repair apps while in recovery mode. Also good to download is good guardians in the galaxy store. Run app booster.

Same issue here in the UK. Must be a software issue so hopefully it'll be fixed soon. I keep sending crash logs.

Im having the same issues either the S21 5g. Randomly restarting.

No issues here. Cleared system cache an rand app Booster as usual.

Mines the same I contacted customer services who were completely unhelpful, very poor they dont want to know about an issue they clearly created
