S21 Ultra One UI Upgrade - Screen Issues

After updating my S21 Ultra I have had numerous screen issues.  The top (less than 1cm) is clear but there is then a line and below that the screen is often very dark (seems to be trying to adjust to light) while there is a lot of flickering.  

I have done a full factory reset and that didn't solve the problem

You are not alone. My partner has mentioned something about her screen (S21 Ultra One UI6). I'll try and have a proper look at the issues and get back to you
