Hi, I have a S21 Ultra since late January, I had issues in the past but now since the last Update 3 days ago My Mobile Network stopped working, I have an (Ø) symbol not even empty bars, the SIM card works great on other devices, but non SIM card works on this device, I tried reseting the network settings, Wiped cache partition, factory reset, airplane mode on and Off, looks like the antenna stopped working completely, not a single SIM card works on this device.
I have Wifi connection but is not what I bought this phone for, I want network service, is there any other solution I can try?

I picked up my s21 ultra 5g from the site. They replaced my motherboard and 3 others. here are the parts.
GH82-24588A
GH96-14064A
GH59-15418A
GH82-24597A
After replacing these parts, everything works like new. 4g network works fast. Updated to android 12. Everything ok.

Hello everyone!
I am so glad I found this thread, I have been struggling with this issue for MONTHS now. For the first couple of months I really loved this phone, it worked very well and fit my needs. However, in about August this very same network issue started popping up. I was abroad so I thought it might be the roaming...
But no, I returned home to the UK and my phone keeps losing connection every few minutes and from a few seconds to a few minutes I have no internet, no network, no nothing.
I tried switching SIM cards, factory reset twice, my phone has been to the vodafone repair center and they did nothing fix it. It drives me insane how i have spent all this money on a cutting edge phone and now I am stuck with a brick that I need to keep spending time on trying to fix.
I guess repair center round 2 is coming...
Never buying Samsung again, biggest mistake i made recently. Go Apple I guess.

There is a faulty batch of mainboards. You need your mainboard replaced.

I have the same problem on my Galaxy S10 phone. After updating to Android 12, I have an (Ø) symbol on my second sim and cannot use Dual SIM. No matter what I did the second sim does not work. After downgrade to Android 11 the problem is gone and the card works. This is 100% the fault of Android 12.

Happy you solve the issue, but if you take a look at the first post this issue appears way before the Android 12 update, many where hopping that the Android 12 will solve the issue but that was not the case, I personally change the device 3 times for the same issue, so believe me that the Android 12 update has nothing to do with this, It may be a temporal solution, but my guess and the Samsung technical team (yes, guess because they have no idea what is causing this) is that the motherboard needs to be replaced once this start, because I also thought many times that the issue was solved but after a week it appeared again. Hope it's not your case, but to clarify is not Android 12 the problem

Again, the problem is not the update, but the phone itself, the updates just activate the problem, I had the same problem with 3 devices the last one was with the Android 12, but is the same issue, a motherboard issue, but I encourage you tocontact Samsung technical center, and if there is an honest one, they will tell you the same as they told me, that some production units came with defective motherboards and that some updates just ***** the mother boards (lot's of units apparently), but if you think that you are gonna be fine with going back to the Android 11 is up to you, im providing info that i gathered since the first time that happened in June.

I'm not saying that in your case is not the motherboard, but the same issue appeared with A12 on different phones with different motherboards, and even on the Pixel series. So it is related to A12, and a hardware issue doesn't disappear by restoring the previous software. I had spoken with three technical centers, one said it's a software issue, wait for the update; one said it's not hardware because we have customers with phones with different hardware with the same issue, but if you want we can change the motherboard, with the risk that it will re-happen again; another one said we will send you a technician at home to check.
