Hi guys,
I've my S21 Ultra having Mobile Network issues since almost two weeks.
I saw it is something that happen to other users. But, how to solve?
I tried changing Sim card, etc.. The issue is clearly the smartphone.

Any idea?

Thank you.

This is really outrageous. No one from Samsung answering.
A 1300€ smartphone with connection issues is really awkard. What makes me mad is that for the first three months it worked perfectly. What me, and the other users need is a troubleshooting guide with explanation of what is happening and why in order to find a way to handle the situation:
It is better to return the phone? It is something fixable by the users? The solution provided by the customer care service is permanent?

I have had the same issue since January as well. I have tried every troubleshoot and changed network providers. This is a hardware issue. My phone is only 2 years old. Did it get resolved. I am now hesitant to buy another samsung phone.

So did you tried to format the smartphone and to not update? Give me a feedback about that. But how is possible that a hardware issue happens after three months after the buy?

I have(had) the same problem.

My RSSI singal strength in a good a Good cellphone reception area were -107dBm. I then tried an eSIM from the same provider, and immediately my RSSI went down  to -53dBm.

I since changed my normal SIM from my provider to their eSIM service, and this completely fixed my connection issues. No more call drops, no more poor to no connection.

At the same location, same provider, just using the eSIM, my RSSI is at -53dBm giving me full access to my Provider's services.

I think there is a connection issue with the Samsung S21 series on the SIM slots. Samsung is obviously denying this, but this test for me proves quite a bit. I was about to buy another device, happy my issues are now resolved.

I hope this option could also help other users, I would love to hear back from other user experiences. 😉

Similar issue here, often not getting connections on my S21 5G. Phone showing several bars, sometimes I've got a connection, sometimes I don't. My problem is, that it's really hard to reproduce.

I did a factory reset, which didn't help (d'oh). Now my provider sent a new SIM, lets see. If this doesn't help I'll try the eSIM thang.

So, I've now got an eSIM instead of the traditional one: Issue persists unchanged. Is yours really working now? You didn't change anything else?

I returned my phone to Samsung and they replaced two of the boards and the antenna and my phone is working well now. Keep sending it to Samsung until they fix it

I am facing the same issue with my S21 Ultra 5G.  I am having strange connection issues, ranging from weak connections in areas, where I should have a good one. From time to time, my connections fully drops. This is happening approximatily since July 1st 2024.

Tested the SIM card on my old S7 and it was working like a charm.
