The first tpu screen cover is an in-transit screen protector which is meant to be removed to leave the true plastic screen protector in place.
I've not known that come away with the in-transit one !
A person wanting to fit their own screen protector must remove the factory fitted one first.
For my phone's I've always chosen the Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector because even though it's one of the most expensive it's the best available on the market right now.
I always buy the twin pack.
A person who has already bought one and needs a replacement can buy another without the Uv light unit which reduces the price somewhat.
It adheres all over the display with silicone so does not pop off , is case friendly and works well with the fingerprints sensor.
If needed to be removed then no silicone is left on the screen. No mess.
Whitestone have instructional videos on their website and YouTube.
Best tips are to leave lots of time to apply one so you don't rush the procedure and use a level work surface so the pool of silicone that is applied to the phone stays centered.
Then watch the video again or while your carrying out fitting it.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

It would appear that screen protectors are not included on the U.S.A. minority variants of the S21 series.
