S21 Ultra 5G & Smart Clear View Cover with S Pen

Got the phone Thursday 28 Jan 2021 c/w the Smart  Clear View Cover & S Pen. Put the cover on the phone as soon as I unpacked it and put the simcard in.

Phone lives in pocket when not in use.

Just spotted that the clear screen on the cover has MARKED the top right hand edge of the phone screen and to some extent along the edge where the screen rolls over.

Not being impressed would be an understatement!

Has anyone else had the same issue?

no problems from mine. the case is nice but adds a bit of bulk and size with the s pen slot.

the gorilla victus should stop scratches to 7H standard... so I would be surprised if your cover has scratched this. however there is a screen protector on the screen so perhaps it is this that has been marked?

wow... sorry to hear that. must have been a deep scratch.

considering the cover is made from plastic then I wouldn't have expected that to happen... but I will certainly inspect mine for any damage now.

it is possible to photo the damage ?

Did you remove both the screen Protectors off the phone then ? The transport layer, and then the actual screen protector?

I've used my cover today for the first time and the phone has been mainly in my pocket and the phone screen is already scratched on the right side corners.

To anyone reading this, the samsung covers are not worth the money because they scratch your screens, the same happened with previous models, you would think Samsung would have solved the problem by now

I'm very disappointed in the cover. For the price I expect it to provide some protection. After only 3 weeks of having it I dropped the phone today. Now need a new screen as the case/cover provided no protection at all. Not as Samsung stated on their website provides cover on all sides. For the price it's a complete rip off and not fit for purpose. Completely miss sold.
