S21 ultra 1X camera out of focus.

My Samsung s21 ultra 1x camera is not focusing properly anymore. When you start the camera in photo mode it won't focus properly on the subject and produces blurred photographs. This doesnt happen in the wide angle or telephoto lenses. I'm a full time professional photographer and the only reason I upgraded from an iPhone to this S21 ultra was the camera. What can be done to have the 1x camera work again as it used? Thanks

Unfortunately, same problem seems to be common who owns Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. 2 months ago, image focus disappeared for me on 1.0 zoom either. Like the others, everything works fine on 3x or 0.6x zoom. I've tried resetting the camera and downloading all the updates - nothing helped. Samsung, so far, doesn't offer any solution either, even it's a massive problem.

This is happening to my s21 ultra too now. It's clearly a manufacturing defect/software issue that was introduced after. Is there any class action that's been set up to pursue this?

I'm getting the blury 1-3 zoom too after the recent update! Is this a conspiracy? Trying to make old model users to upgrade their phone?

Same thing happened to my 3 years old phone,dunno how to sell it now because no one would want to buy it. Usually buy the phone after selling the old one and add the difference,but not in this case. Did anyone sell their phone with this defect?

I got this issue with my s21 ultra few months ago also. I thought 1x cam was broken but it seems to be some software issue that Samsung should fix... i really would not like to replace my otherwise working phone because of this...

Same problem I am facing with my S21 Ultra here. More than 1 year now and missing all moments to shoot in x1. Either 0.6 is too far or x3 to close and always compromise with blurring pictures.

I have also noticed the quality of camera diminished after software update when launched by Samsung Co. Compare the picture quality at time you bought and 1-2 down after that.

Other than normal camera (Photo) the camera also takes blurry pictures on (Potrait) setting x1 and x2. Clear pictures on x3 but depending on how far distance you shoot.

Certainly, Samsung company shoot provide some online trouble shooting to resolve the camera issues.

I am sure service centre is unbelievably time consuming bcos of handing over the device to be sent further off to company.

I've been having the same problem I went on reddit and found a solution its an annoying solution but it works you need to give the phone a little hit when in 1x and it should focus it works for me but every time you move to focus on something else you have to do it.
