Hello guys,
I've just got a new Samsung Galaxy S21 and I can't connection the audio to my car's bluetooth. It'll connect for calls but not audio. So I can hear calls through the car but frustratingly can't listen to Spotify. I've tried pairing and unpairing. I've reset the networks. I've cleared the cache and data but it hasn't resolved.
It's maybe because the car is old(2014) and the phone is brand new but that shouldn't happen.
There are also already various threads about this but no fix until now.

Maybe anyone found a solution? Don't want to use the AUX cable....

Does your car has original media/infotainment system or it is aftermarket one?
Make sure to find your car's media system in your phone's Settings > Connections > Bluetooth and ensure both Calls and Audio toggles are ON.
Also depending on your car's media system you might need to set similar toggles there. E.g. in Toyota Touch infotainment system you can do that after pairing your phone and finding it under devices list.

I have same issue and did everything and still connecting only for call not Audio, while my girlfriend has an iPhone and there is no issue connecting to calls and audio at the same time. Can anyone help??

Hi Florian! I too have Samsung Galaxy S21 Fe 5g Android Phone; and I was unable to connect the Audio from my Phone to my car's bluetooth. However, it could connect for calls, but not for the Audio !! So, I too was able to hear as well as respond to the calls through the car's speakers ; but wasn't able to listen to any Music via Phone. And, this problem persisted for a long period of time. But, fortunately, I've been able to resolve this issue, finally...after a lot of hit & trial methods of experimentation. Surprisingly, the solution is very simple : Download the "CarPlay Auto Connect App" from Google Play Store on both (Car's Infotainment System as well as Samsung Galaxy S21 Android Phone) ; and, then pair both of them, wirelessly via Bluetooth. Now, start listening to Music/Audio from Your Phone. Hope that ... This method works for you too !?
