I don't recall them ever promising monthly updates. Don't think they could as Android software updates and security patches come from Google.
Google recently had bug issues and had to halt the update rollout till it was fixed.
All Samsung do when Google releases the software out is to test it for compatibility and include the One UI updates to it.
Updates are then regionally rolled out.
So you should hopefully get something soon. Just keep an eye out

yes they did 4 years of monthly security updates and 3 years of os updates I'm still stuck on January security update and I bought the phone from them...

Seems most with the S21 are still on January.
But like I said, Google had to pull the February update because of bugs.
My Z Fold 3 only just got the 1st February patch last week and just over a week ago my Pixel 6 Pro got the February patch.
So the roll out is behind at the moment.
All you can do is wait. Until the S21 software roll out comes. Would have thought it would be if not this week then maybe next week

Could be February's update is now history and Samsung will release a big March extravaganza to include One UI 4.1 .

I agree samsung has gone against its promise

Although it's now 4 years of OS and 5 years of security updates
