Hi,

 

I just got my new S20 FE phone. I found that Sim 2 slot is not working. If I put a sim card in Slot 2, the phone said "no Sim card". Does anyone else have the same issue? I would also like to know if other phones work fine.

I noticed the SIM slot 2 became active after updating to Android 13 UI 5.0

The dual SIM function has been fixed with the Android 13 update on the Snapdragon devices.
