My back cover started coming away just after a year of purchase. Tried replying to the US customer post but it wouldn't let me. In the UK, not sure what to do. Didn't get insurance as have had Samsung mobiles in the past and they've lasted years and years. This is so disappointing and no doubt going to be expensive and a hassle to get fixed. Dreading it. Paid for what I thought was a quality product but seems deliberately designed to fail once warranty period over. If they give me the same dance around they've given tge US chap, I will vote with my purse and not buy Samsung anything again. Anyone else had this issue?
