S10e Unable to Switch Languages

Since I did 'Reset to default settings' on the Samsung Keyboard on my S10e I've been unable to switch Languages using swiping the space button. I had the Japanese keyboard set up so when I swiped the space button it would switch to Romaji input, which lets you input using English characters and the Hiragana/Katakana would automatically appear in the predictive text. I can still switch to Japanese using the Globe button but the keyboard layout is completely different and I prefer the original layout I was using. How can I get back to the original layout? I've tried going into the settings using online tutorials but my phone has a different settings layout than what is shown.

Sometimes the Samsung keyboard is updated that may change the layout, or available options due to region.  

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.  

There may also be an alternative keyboard that better suits your needs 🤔
