S10 Update issues

Hi All.

My S10 updated overnight and since restarting it I am experiencing issues such as app icons on the home screen not responding/opening. Unable to Swipe left or right from the home screen. 

 I am only able to open apps by dragging down from the top of the screen, then using the settings icon from there. Opening the apps folder and selecting which app I require. 

 I have cleared the cache and power cycled the phone several times, without success. 

 Can you guys suggest any other things to try?

Hi All,

Finally got a result. I use BT Virus Protect on my mobile. And disabled it through the apps folder. This the as far as I can see has resumed normal operation.

 It has also been re enabled with none of the earlier issues 👍.

Hopefully this will help others in the future.
