remove the little red chat 'n' icon?

hi,

is it possible to remove this?  i dont use chat , just normal sms .... and this lilttle 'N' icon stands out more the the new unread counter 😕

you may give our Messages app a fresh reset

tap and hold the Messages app icon > tap Show info > tap Storage > tap clear data

no SMS will be lost

restart the phone

let us know the results
