Projector using my S20 plus

Hi All

Please excuse me but I am what you would call not very IT clever.

I have been given an Samsung SP-H03 projector which I am hoping to use by connecting it up to my S20 plus mobile but when I plug the lead in my phone (and projector) nothing happens.

I did find a video online which said switch TV output on in your phone settings but mine doesn't show that so I was then lost what to do next. I do have a bunch of leads and a a three colored RCA connector cable (googled the name) but no way of connecting the two with it. Could anybody explain ... (tbh in ***** terms) what I need to do or what cables or connectors I may need please.

You need to supply power to the phone while connected to hdmi. You can use a USB C adaptor hub that will plug into your phone, then you are able to plug a charger into the adapter to supply power and also the hdmi lead into the adapter (use a double hdmi lead)

Hi! Excuses? Not all should be masters in what is related to TV, projectors, etc. It is ok not to be clever in it. Lol, I say like that because I am also "not clever in IT." In such situations, a company organized to help me, and this is the solution. The step you should take now is to seek the help of a specialist. I know such types of videos on YouTube. They are not always effective and not in this case. There are many situations and all different ones that cause this problem, that's why a specialist would help you with the best advice.
